2. Quotes, Estimates, and Scheduling

Quotes and estimates are non-binding until a signed agreement or work order is executed. Scheduling is based on availability and may change due to weather or other unforeseen events. A deposit may be required to confirm your project.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or scheduling has been confirmed. Refunds will not be issued for completed work except in cases of documented service failure.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. All disputes must be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
